1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently offer:
Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping (if available in your area) – Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
Shipping availability may vary depending on your location within India.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated total delivery time = Processing Time (1–2 days) + Shipping Time (3–7 business days)
Most orders are delivered within 4–9 business days.
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier service delays
- Weather conditions
- High seasonal demand
- Unforeseen logistical issues
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: ₹99
- Express Shipping: ₹199 (where available)
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number
You can track your order directly through the courier’s tracking link provided in the email.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:
- Please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. International Shipping
Currently, The Diy Store ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
